Seems that the majority of the LoL community dislike this. The amount of downvotes is too damn high.

Why didn't they just give it to everyone..... I missed out on this cause of my exams ;C

I love how I get an IP boost, I didn't have 40k IP lying about anyway so it's really helpful........

Yeah a lot of people will be in a similar spot (maybe a reason why thi hasnt gone down well eith Lol forum members). For me its good since I dont have every rune or champion unlocked yet.

Thats unlucky Killa as you need that ip for runes as you have none lol

It's perfect for people like me who hasn't got all champs or full rune pages, but it's a tribble compensation for the guys who has been playing for a long time and doesn't need to spend more ip. An to be honest, those are the guys who should be better compensated for playing their game so much more than the low-levelers..
