Not gonna lie, I might just buy this champ only based on how awesome his skin looks, but he reminds me of a vlad/jax champ and neither would I say have been much in my Interest.
Ill definitely try him out, but he looks quite difficult to play, and possibly won't be as strong till late game. Nice release after the last few though!
