Fav champs - Lane wise

So I just want to see what every ones top champs are for each role, and also why

Jungle
+ Shyvana - Because she's so tanky but still deals quite a lot of damage, and her R is awesome (FUCKING DRAGON)
+ Rengar - Passive makes everything that bit more fun, and the fact that he isn't manna reliant

Top
+ Olaf - His W and lifesteal, along with the given damage, makes bullying hell a lot more easier

Mid
+ Malzahar - Love how he can constantly manipulate the enemy, his Q and W are also quite helpful in late game team fights
+ Lux - Because you can almost go against anyone and kite the hell out of them

ADC
+ Ashe - Her constant slow is priceless, also ridiculously strong if fed, late game
+ Draven - Love the high AD abilities, and how he can almost always stop the enemies from escaping with his W, or R

Support
Thresh - Pull in always helps, and the lantern escape is also quite valuable




I'm not even level 30 yet, so I dunno, but what do you guys prefer?

I only play Janna for support. She's easy to handle and nice to troll with the enemy :p

... you just need a warmogs and anything with a giants belt (ecept rylais) then everything goes well.

Jungle
Amumu- obvious reasons, his cc is too strong, you can skirmish with any form of communication and he's tanky as balls
Nautilus- see above
Sejuani- see above
Elise- notice a pattern?

Top
Irelia- so unbelievably hard to actually kill due to how safe her early is, and then once she has items can easily win fights she's outnumbered in
Gangplank- see above

Mid
Veigar- KNOW THAT IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED, I WOULD SHOW YOU NO MERCY
Lux- I'mma firin' mah laz0000rrrzzzz
Zilean- because no other champion gets kills by turning their backs on explosions, not even ziggs

ADC
Quinn- because 3 hitting someone harder than vayne is just funny, plus averaging 16 kills per game kinda makes it obligatory that she gets mentioned
Caitlyn- because 650 range OP

Support
Nami- quit flopping around, plus she is just sona with more cc
Annie- I am the only support annie player going, who actually goes tank support with her
Lulu- I needed a real support that actually get play time xD plus she counters all the tank supports

I pretty much only play top and bot, I'm still new so I'm still learning but here it goes for me.

Top and ADC
Ezreal- he is really good ranged and is a good carry. Starting game with ezreal is fun but I hate that you run out of mana quickly until you build him. He is great for harassing enemy champions and has a strong ulti. Combining his Q with his auto works really good to take a champion down to the point where you can finish them off with the ulti from a pretty good distance. His E is really good for getting distance between you and an enemy champion so he is good to use for getting out of tight situations, especially considering you can use it as a free flash to get over walls. and to top it off, ezreal is a champion that you get kills off of completely based on skill, making him a lot of fun to use.

Support
I tend to use LuLu when I actually play support. I like that I don't have to stay back and keep going back to base using B for health and mana all the time with LuLu and I love the playability I get as a support using LuLu.

What I've found is usually if I go for health first it makes me like a potato early game so instead I go for the hydra, and warmogs after.

Here's my picks:

Top

None. This is because people usually calls it before I do so I leave it to them. Also i think it is the most boring place to play.

Jungle

Nasus- Clear time is Okish, but build him tanky and maxing his Wither is gonna be breeze when ganking to the lanes.
Nautilus- Haven't tried him in this season, but last season he was amazing. Also recent buffs made him even more playable.

Mid

Veigar- This is THE REASON
Zyra- Harassment is cool in lanes.

AD Carry

Graves- Tanky ADC is always fun.

Support

Lulu- Her skill set is amazing. Poke, ploymorph and transforming champions in to a giant is always fun.
Zyra- Amazing harass with her seed also her ultimate is good in team fights.
Leona- The BEST support for the kill lane. 3/4 skills just for stuns.

Jungle
Nautilus- Buy boots of mobility and watch this hunk of metal run around CCing the crap out of everyone

Diana - I know she mids, but I love how she can still put out damage even through the jungle.

Jarvan IV - Nice utility with his E att spd buff and Q armour reduction. Also Jarvan has some good CC as well


Top

Kennen - My favourite champion at the moment, you'll see this guy in 2 more of the sections. I either go AP, or hybrid.

Nasus - I played him before the stupid amount of buffs he got, Infinite power in Q,, a slow which is OP as hell, nice utility with E armour reduction. Also the ult is awesome in all parts of the game. As it can help rip through baron and dragon.

Jayce - Just a fun champ. A lot of variety in his kit to pull of several different combos.

Mid

Kennen - O hi he is back again, bit I will just go AP mid.

Lux - See Yourtasteinwomens comment.

Orianna - Having a lot of fun with this champ at the moment, her ult is very game changing, plus she can be combo'd with a lot of other champs, e.g nocturne.

ADC

Kennen - He is here again, his W makes him a good adc, plus he is able to stun an entire team.

Varus - Good early, good mid, good late. People level his E first but I prefer to poke w/ Q. He can snare the whole team aswell.

Ashe - Slows.

Support

Zyra - Brings a lot of CC and damage. Plus seeds can grant vision and help clear waves with plants.

Taric - Just fabulous.

Top
Elise - Amazing % Damage with her Q, Attack Speed buff with Sustain and Vision from her W, Stun so you can put out your burst so easy with no retaliation and Escape/Chase. Shes also a spider. Strong laning phase, not so amazing in teamfights but can burst down the enemy ap/ad carry if given the chance

Jayce - My favorite top laner right now. Great poke with EQ combo which also gives vision, W attack speed buff op, his burst is quite scary too with a good disengage if things get hairy. Only problem is no sustain imo. Pretty good laning phase and has alot of poke and damage for teamfights.


Jungle
Jarvan IV - His EQ combo is crazy, so much burst damage with a knock up and armor shred so his ganks are deadly. W isn't that strong but its a free slow and a bit of shield. His ulti is amazing if the lane your ganking doesn't have a dash/blink ability and flash is down. Great teamfight utility and damage.

Zac - His E range is overpoweringly high which makes for amazing ganks from anywhere, his W %damage is great for all the healthstacking people do nowadays, Q Slow meh and his ult is also amazing. Great damage and teamfight CC.

Mid
Twisted Fate - He is my favorite mid champ right now purely because he is so strong in the laning phase. Ganking another lane means you are gonna get a kill unless you are a bad TF. His Q's long range and damage is great for poking and he can do it all day long with the mana sustain from his W. His wave clearing is Phenomenal with his Red Card and Q. With DFG, Lich Bane and Deathcap he can 100-0 anyone.

Anivia - High Base damage so you can get away with using movespeed quints and not building much ap early on. Great wave clearing with her ult. Amazing damage in teamfights if you can maintain her ult where everyone is fighting. Catching an important target with her wall can change the tide of the game.

Orianna - Great poke and utility. Speed buff/slow, knockup/pull, frequent shields. Very strong in the laning phase aswell as teamfights

ADC

Vayne - OP

Ezreal - Flash every 10 seconds with amazing poke.

Corki - Same as above with Armor shred on top

What's support?


Started rushing towards the end because i wanted to get back to watching Lost so yeah...

Seeing as every one is adding much more justified reasons then I am..

Fav champ ever would have to be Rengar! Late game his W, along with his life steal makes it really hard to kill him 1v1, especially since all his abilites favour it completely. Again, his passive just makes it that much more awesome, but I love the fact that he can R and chase absolutely anyone, burst the fuck out of them and then just escape. Obviously with the bonetooth necklace, I added zephyr and boots of mobility, so that when I go in for a chase end up with almost 500movement speed, + the ULT multiplier.

It's just a relief, cause you don't have to be like "oh fuck, he got away again" ever again

He's also quite hard to build up compared to other champs, so it's always rewarding
