LoL: Lissandra
So Lissandra is gonna be the new champ, she has been released on the PBE with numbers obviously so I'll link the current PBE changes here, and in my next thread about new skins and visual goodies and what not too. You'll notice changes to other champs at the end of it, but they change so damn frequently, that I'll wait until the ones to go live have been released and talk about the patch notes then. Not gonna talk about the stats because they're pretty meh stats, and they don't really pan out as anything too amazing for a champ, yet nor is it one of those I'm gonna cast 2 abilities and the g fucking g oom. SO onto the abilities:
Iceborn [ Passive ]
Every 18 seconds Lissandra's next ability costs no mana. This cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Lissandra impairs an enemy's movement with an ability (does not apply to movement-impairing effects from items).
So for those of you who read the notes before what I think about them, you'll know you have a low cd low mana cost movement impairing q that is easy as balls to hit. Meaning this passive is pretty eaasy to build up. Now initially, without thinking too much, this passive screams OP as she has some pretty nifty spells and it would also seem this can apply to her ult, but notice that even with the q spam, you're free spells don't come nearly as foten as they would with nunu, despite the spells doing more. As far as feee damage per second goes, the maths looks pretty balanced in light of nunu's potential, so I'm happy with it, although maths isn't everything :S
Ice Shard [ Q ]
Throws a spear of ice that shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing75/110/145/180/215 (+0.65*AP) magic damage and slowing Movement Speed by 16/19/22/25/28% for 1.5seconds. Shards then pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit.

The previously mentioned q. Looks pretty average to be honest, looks like it's nice to use for wave clear and harass, and also looks to be a skillshot, although considering it goes through everything I'd hardly call anyone that lands it skillful out of mere assumption that they can do that. The 85 mana isn't a lot, the 725 range however is, although if you're trying to blast it through a minion wave while they're still single file I guess it has to be. Plus if you're farming with it, it doesn't take a genius enemy to get out of the way of it
Ring of Frost [ W ]
Deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+0.6*AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and roots them for1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds.

This looks pretty nice, it's the standard "you can gank for me in mid" spell that just locks people up with a bit of damage, obviously some massive synergy with both her ult and her e, probably best to max second, seems q is an obvious first and you want that extra root duration
Glacial Path [ E ]
Casts an ice claw that deals 70/115/160/205/250(+0.6*AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.

One of those arsehole reposition moves, looking at a vid of it shows that it means a slow moving claw when it says it, looks easy enough to dodge if you're not rooted or severly slowed, which I suppose you're gonna be but hey ho, the real annoying part if this is how she'll juke you through bushes for days with it like an lb and it'll annoy you so much you do something stupid like get ulted and bursted to shit, but other than that seems a bit standard, pretty decent damage and hard to hit, the usual.
Frozen Tomb [ R ]
On Enemy Cast: Freezes target champion solid, stunning it for 1.5 seconds.
On Self Cast: Lissandra encases herself in dark ice for 1.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and invulnerable but unable to take any actions.
Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing150/300/450 (+0.7*AP) magic damage to enemies. The ice lasts for 3 seconds and slows enemy Movement Speed by 20%.

So.. people have been crying over this ater reading what it does already, however, they are mainly complaining about the self cast part, because they're too stupid to focus an ADC for 1.5 seconds and the free zhonya's is just a big neon light saying "FOCUS ME SCRUBS" but seriously, I reckon the offensive side to this ult is far better seems you can just lock them with r, then e to them, q them and anyone behind them then root everyone when they try and jump you so you don't even need to use it on yourself. Why would you zhonya's when you can pretty much just be ammumu for a little while?
So those are my thoughts on Lissandra, as always leave your thoughts below, tell me if you agree with me, if you'd like to add anything or if you think I'm a twat who doesn't know what they're on about (inb4 the latter)
